TSCHARMS UK - Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from TSCHARMS UK. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable, unless faulty.


2. Final Sale Items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or refund.

  • Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items are final sale for safety reasons.


3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at tscharmsuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If your item is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.


5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.


6. Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right. Contact us promptly with photos and details.
