TSCHARMS UK Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days to dispatch.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Standard UK Shipping via Royal Mail or equivalent courier.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Some products may take 5-10 business days or 10-15 business days to be delivered.
Most items tracking numbers will be provided.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
We may offer on occasion Free Delivery for a period of time. Keep an eye on our store for advertising related to Free Delivery Items

3. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations.
Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–14 business days).
Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
